About Anna Tchapkhanian

You’re not likely to find a more patient, understanding agent than Anna Tchapkhanian. Whether it comes naturally to her or as a result of her over two decades experience working as a nurse for UCLA/MPTF, she’s got a knack for staying calm under pressure that’s helped her navigate through some truly complex real estate challenges without breaking a sweat.

Anna graduated from Armenian Pedagogical University with her Masters before moving from her native Armenia to Los Angeles in 1996. She began to take a shine to real estate after witnessing her husband, a general contractor, selling and purchasing properties. After closely observing his work, she found herself getting caught up in the unique thrill of real estate. Now, with four years under her belt as a licensed realtor, Anna joins JohnHart Real Estate to bring her special blend of serenity, honesty and persistence to the next level.

When not immersing herself in the excitement of real estate, Anna can be found immersing herself in the nearest swimming pool! She also loves traveling and spending quality time with her family.
